Avaya has launched a new solution called Aura. Aura is a revolutionary way to deliver communications to the enterprise or small businesses.

I think it is an interesting vision. It combines both self-service with the personal attention users want. I think an equal amount of both is important. Despite the fact it has some interesting components, I’m still not sure if it would fly. I do think, however Avaya is right. How we shop is going to change.
