    It happens almost every summer.  Families go on vacations. The client’s workforce decreases by 20%.  Budgets are adjusted.  Making your number for July and August is next to impossible.  Though you have adjusted your personal workload during this time, the reality is that YOUR family wants to go on vacation and have that Honey-Do-List knocked out.  Your kids are in sports and they expect you to make it to the games.  All of these demands and those on the sales front make it tough to make your number. How is your sales team looking?  Are they motivated?  Is the pipeline healthy? Does it support making your number? Are you struggling with implementing a social media strategy? Are you struggling with some of the team members? Are you comfortable with the commission structure? Is your content marketing strategy delivering qualified leads? Are you sure your current team structure is what you need to crush it? I get it, making your number can get hard at times. Therefore, I want to help. Screenshot 2016-05-10 10.42.57 I’ve set up free office hours EVERY FRIDAY between 12:30 and 1:30 MST from now through August.  Each hour consists of 3 20-minute sessions where you and I can connect to work out the kinks in your pipeline or the pressing thorn in your sales side. The sessions are first come, first served and once filled, they are gone.  If you’re looking for a little guidance or a simple correction, office hours are the perfect remedy. Schedule a time! I’m excited about office hours.  I love talking shop with talented sales leaders and sales people. This is gonna be fun!
