The Buick Lacrosse is a cooler car than the BMW 500 series, yet who wants to drive a Buick?

The best product doesn’t always win.  It’s not about having the best product, it’s about what your customer THINKS about the product.

Waiting to create the best product doesn’t get you more sales, and even if you get the best product, it still doesn’t mean you get more sales, ask Burger King, Keanu and Buick.

You want more sales, focus on your customers, not the product.
