What do you do when people you respect seem to avoid learning new things?   What do you do when your boss or others in position of power seem to disregard new trends, alternate points of views or contrary information?   What do you do when the people you trust, depend on and need, seem to stop learning?

When we stop learning we not only limit ourselves but we put those who’ve entrusted their careers, their education, and their lives to us in jeopardy.

Learning = growth.

When we stop learning we stop growing and for most of us the impact goes beyond ourselves.  If we can’t keep learning for ourselves, we at least owe it to those who are learning from us.

When we stop learning every everyone loses.
