This was a fun exercise. It only took about 5 minutes. The hardest part was trying to be as objective and honest as I could. It was important to me to get the most accurate results possible. I’m happy with my results, mostly because I have room to grow. I think I would have been disappointed if I scored much higher, because I haven’t reached all my goals. If I had scored higher it would have meant I’m doing something wrong or I’m not very honest with myself.

My lowest score was in learning to get better not be good. This surprised me. I’ve written about this many times here before. I’m very conscience of getting better but clearly not as good as I can be. I think part of this low score is my ego. I still care too much about what other people think and gaining approval. This is for sure my work.

I highly recommend you take the diagnostic test. It can provide you with some great insight, that is, if you are completely honest with yourself.

For those of you brave enough to share, I’d love to see a good discussion around folks success and failure in reaching their goals. What works and what you struggle with it.

Either way, I encourage everyone to take it. You’ll learn something.
