    I’m reading Sharon Drew Morgen’s Book: Dirty Little Secrets – Why Buyers Can’t Buy and Sellers Can’t Sell and What You Can Do About It.

    I will do a full book review when I’m done, but I loved this quote:

    Until or unless all people who touch an Identified Problem are willing to buy in to the disruption that occurs when something new (a solution) enters the system, there will be no buying decision.

    So right!
