The election commercials bombarding  the airwaves are pretty nasty.   One of the more common allegations is that the Obama stimulus plan has failed.  It seems to be a key point Republicans and non-incumbents are pushing to demonstrate the need for new leadership.   Constantly being punched in the face with the phrase – “Obama’s failed stimulus plan” has me wondering; has it failed, or is it being successful?

I have my opinion on this, but I’m curious to your’s.

Has the stimulus plan worked?   If yes, why?  If no, why?
