Why Badass Sales Recruiting?

NO is the Biggest Little Word in Business!

We just don’t do normal.  It’s done.  It’s boring.  It produces mediocre to average results.  If maintenance is all you’re going for, by all means, go for the norm, read every other sales/recruiting blog out there that will reaffirm what you already know.  If you’re not catchin’ what I’m throwin’, here’s an analogy. You go to the gym, get on the treadmill…tell me how many people you see in the entire room, that are going at a comfortable pace?  How many people are reading a book or magazine, watching something on their iPads?  I only rarely see 1 or 2 badasses, really hittin’ it hard; in a sea of  cardio-ers happily half-assing their workout for whatever reason.  What it comes down to is the #’s prove that high intensity cardio is more effective than low-intensity cardio.  If you want results, you hit it hard, and it shows.  Shows in two ways: 1- you stand out.  Not because you’re trying to put on a show but because it just takes more energy to put out at such levels.  2- you get more out of the workout in a shorter period of time.  Saves time. You see the correlation now?  Half-ass or badass?  Badass doesn’t mean right or wrong.  It just produces better results.  When it comes to recruiting, you don’t want to settle for less than the best candidate for the position. We don’t do badass for the sake of being badass.  It’s not a show of who’s better or not.  It’s just a product of the effort that goes into it.  Badass sales recruiting means finding the best sales candidates for the job.  How do we do that?  It’s no secret, check out a few posts that go into the how of badass recruiting.   You Want to Know What Makes Them Tick!
