Oldie But A Goodie

I was at the gym a couple days ago, in the groove, sweatin’ up a storm on the treadmill.  When this song comes on. Chicago, by Groove Armada.  And Boom!  I’m hitting‘ it even harder.  I finish my HIIT interval and go back to my playlist.  What was that song?  I love it!  Groove Armada, a classic.  One of my favs from way back when.   We go through phases as human beings.  Our interests and tastes evolve.  And we simply forget about the good stuff sometimes.  This made me think.  It’s important to remind ourselves on the regular.  Of the things that really move us, inspire us, and keep us motivated.  The things that get to our core.  Sometimes we get diluted by the day-to-day.  We need to constantly remind ourselves of our passions.  That’s why we do our weekly #ASGquotes.
