Saw this quote at the gym today. Spot on. Plenty of people will be motivated to “work out more” or “be more fit” but never set the proper goals to rise to the challenge. And if a challenge smacks ’em in the face, they are not determined to push themselves to accept the challenge and rise above “the usual”, “status quo”, what have you, to really cause change. Change doesn’t just happen. You have to make it happen. And it’s not easy. That’s the difference between badasses and everyone else. End of story, period and exclamation! Happy Labor Day all! Enjoy.
