  • Great post, Keenan. Coaching is always a great key in helping increase the sales. I believe in this post as I have read about 2017 sales predictions from the experts, too, and most of them have mentioned about coaching and its evolution. This Tenfold article by Aki Merced is pretty lengthy, but can come in handy for sales managers who are looking to grow their team through coaching.

    Call recording definitely helps — especially for inside sales and phone-based sales. Role-playing and simulations can also help. But honestly, I think identifying and tracking the key metrics and activities to drive sales is key.
